Jess is the owner and founder of Purrfect Tails Pet Care LLC. She has several years of professional pet sitting experience, and is delighted to be leading a team of equally-enthusiastic caretakers.

Jess has always had a particular soft spot for timid, afraid, elderly, and misunderstood animals. She concentrates her pet sitting time with animals who have medical needs and/or behavioral challenges.

Carrie has been an invaluable Purrfect Tails Pet Care team member since May 2023. Cats, dogs, and anything else that could fall under the description “critter” are her lifelong specialty!

Carrie is available for overnight/house sitting, as well as for drop-in visits or hourly sitting. With over 20 years of pet sitting experience, Carrie is prepared to care for your animals as though they are her own!

Additionally, Carrie assists with several administrative tasks, client relations, and training/mentoring new members of the team.

Jen is a self-proclaimed cat lady who also loves dogs! She was a volunteer and board member at the Wyoming County SPCA for two years, where she gained a great deal of experience medicating cats.

Jen focuses her visits on the west side of Rochester. She is available for all of your kitty needs, as well as for dog drop-in visits.

Jen joined the Purrfect Tails Pet Care Team in April 2023, and has since assisted with various administrative tasks.

Kelly has a passion for taking care of animals with a variety of needs. There is no dog too drooly, and no cat too vocal for Kelly! She is available for overnight/house sitting, as well as for drop-in visits or hourly sitting.

Kelly joined the Purrfect Tails Pet Care Team in May 2023, after several years of independently pet sitting.
